The quality policy of the Department of Food Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Unit (MODIP) and the relevant services of the International Hellenic University, is in line with the quality policy of the Institution and focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of the curriculum and the educational, research and administrative work. The Department considers quality assurance a continuous development process.
